Experts say ICE agents are targeting students and academics of color protesting in support of Palestine, revoking visas and threatening deportation, potentially to create division and test the courts' tolerance for such actions. Some targeted individuals have sought legal representation and at least one has been granted a temporary restraining order against ICE.
