Adidas is cutting up to 500 jobs at its headquarters in Herzogenaurach to simplify processes and decentralize decision-making. Despite this, the company expects growth in 2024, aiming for a minimum 10% growth for the Adidas brand and focusing on North American and Chinese markets with a double-digit growth target for 2025. They also project an increase in operating profit to 1.7-1.8 billion euros.
