Albufeira, a Portuguese holiday resort, plans to impose fines for wearing swimwear in public areas, ban public alcohol consumption, and penalize other behaviors such as public urination and simulated sexual acts. Fines could reach up to 1800 euros. The measures are part of a 30-day public consultation until February, aiming to address incidents linked to the city's vibrant nightlife.
