The U.S. State Department has acknowledged the court ruling against Milorad Dodik, the President of the Republic of Srpska, who was tried in Sarajevo for contempt of the decision by Christian Schmidt, the High Representative, and the international community. The U.S. firmly opposes any actions by local leaders that could undermine security and stability.
