Asteroid 2024 YR4, discovered in December 2023, has a 3.1% chance of impacting Earth on April 14, 2032, according to NASA. This probability has increased from an initial 1%, making it the most dangerous asteroid observed since monitoring began. If it strikes, it could release energy equivalent to 8 million tons of TNT, causing severe destruction. Currently rated at level 3 on the Turin Scale, experts suggest the probability may fluctuate with more data. The asteroid measures up to 100 meters in size.
