Author Ralph appointed to lead Global Youth Network of World Conference of Mayors

The World Conference of Mayors, Inc. (WCM Inc.), headquartered in Tuskegee, Alabama, has appointed Ghanaian author and youth mentor David Raphaelle Kwaku Antwi, also known as Author Ralph, as head of its Global Youth Network.
