Staff Reporter A BAIL application of two suspects, namely Petrus Pandeni Uusiku and Petrus Shikwaya, who are charged with the murder of the late Ondangwa Prosecutor Justine Shiweda, was stopped in its tracks after Windhoek Magistrate Olga Maharukua ordered that the bail application matter be transferred to the Ondangwa Magistrate’s Court.
