Beijing-based AI solutions provider AICT plans to establish its global headquarters in Hong Kong and hold an IPO in the city, aiming to raise approximately US$200 million. The company focuses on AI intelligence products in areas like smart traffic management and self-driving vehicles, and its products are used in over 50 mainland Chinese cities. Hong Kong's stock exchange is currently processing over 100 listing applications, including those from new energy and tech companies.
