Kula Belediye Meclisi 2025 yılı Mart ayı meclis toplantısı, yaklaşık 9 ay sonra görevine iade edilen Kula Belediye Başkanı Hikmet Dönmez başkanlığında toplandı. Gündem maddelerinin görüşüldüğü toplantıda bir gündem maddesi bağımsız belediye meclis üyesi Mahmut Çalık'ın verdiği oyla kabul edilirken, CHP'li Başkan Dönmez'in meclise sunduğu gündem maddesine CHP'li meclis üyeleri ret oyu verdi.
Kula Municipality Council convened its March 2025 meeting under Mayor Hikmet Dönmez, who recently returned to office after a 9-month suspension. A proposal from the CHP mayor to resign from the Social Democratic Public Employers Union was rejected by CHP council members, passing only with support from the Cumhur Alliance and an independent member. The CHP members also diverged on the opening of new directorates, a specialist position and three deputy mayor positions. Mayor Dönmez thanked the AK Party and MHP for their support during his suspension.
