Booby Food, an Alberta-based company specializing in breast milk freeze-drying, has had its licence suspended by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA).
The CFIA suspended Alberta-based breast milk freeze-drying company Booby Food's license on March 5th for failing to meet regulatory requirements under the Safe Food for Canadians licence and the Food and Drugs Act, including concerns about unfit product and unsanitary conditions. The suspension will be lifted if corrective measures are taken; otherwise, the license may be cancelled.
