BPKH Limited, a subsidiary of Badan Pengelola Keuangan Haji, introduced 22 types of Indonesian spices in paste form for Hajj pilgrims in Saudi Arabia during the 2025 Hajj season. This initiative aims to maintain authentic Indonesian cuisine and enhance cooking efficiency. Collaborating with 76 kitchens, the company signed contracts with catering representatives in Mecca and Madinah, as well as Saudi importers. The event was held on February 24, 2025, in Jeddah, with director Sidiq Haryono emphasizing the preservation of authentic Indonesian flavors through these spices.
