‘Brazen scheme’ to steal Graceland and defraud Elvis Presley’s family

Lisa Jeanine Findley, a 53-year-old woman from Missouri, has pleaded guilty to orchestrating a fraudulent scheme to defraud Elvis Presley's family and steal ownership of Graceland. Findley allegedly claimed that Elvis Presley's daughter, Lisa Marie, had pledged Graceland as collateral for a loan that she failed to repay before her death in 2023. Using a fake company, forged documents, and false court filings, Findley threatened to foreclose on and auction Graceland unless the Presley family paid the claim. Lisa Marie's daughter, Riley Keough, who inherited Graceland, sued Findley's company, Naussany Investments, alleging fraud and stating her mother had never taken out the loan. Findley faces up to 20 years in prison for her role in the scheme.
