One surprising entry ranked high above the others
The UK’s best supermarkets in 2025 have been ranked by consumer website Which? based on customer satisfaction across various criteria. Marks & Spencer (M&S) topped the list with a 79% customer score, followed by Tesco at 74%. Aldi, Iceland, and Waitrose tied at 72%. Asda and Morrisons ranked last due to poor ratings for staff availability and store management. M&S was also named Which?’s recommended provider for its customer service, value for money, and product quality, despite being one of the UK’s more expensive retailers.
