Steven Anthony Humber, owner of Express Auto Sales Calgary, was sentenced to two years in jail for defrauding 26 customers between 2019 and 2020 by not paying out liens on trade-in vehicles. Humber claimed he defrauded customers because he was also a victim and hoped to recoup his losses. He must also repay his victims within three years.
