A car crash in Chelmsford on B1007 Stock Road near A12 junction 16 resulted in the deaths of a driver in his 30s and a passenger in his 50s. Two other men were seriously injured and hospitalized. Police are investigating the two-vehicle collision, which involved a blue BMW 3 series.
