In Colorado City, Colorado, a 76-year-old woman, LaVonne Hoff, was killed by some of the 54 dogs owned by her daughter, Jessica Hoff, while Jessica was out running errands. The dogs, along with seven birds, were found in unsanitary conditions and seized by animal control. Jessica Hoff was arrested.
