La Comisión de Trabajo del Congreso aprobó este martes por mayoría el predictamen de ley que permite el retiro de los depósitos por compensación por tiempo de servicio (CTS) hasta diciembre del 2026.
The Congressional Labor Commission approved a bill allowing the free withdrawal of CTS (Compensation for Time of Service) deposits until December 31, 2026. The bill also allows workers diagnosed with cancer or terminal illnesses to withdraw 100% of their CTS and accumulated interest. Related bills are also in the Congressional Economy Commission.
