A new study suggests increased consumption of fruit, dietary fiber, dairy products, and caffeine may be linked to a reduced risk of tinnitus, an incurable condition characterized by ringing in the ears. The study found a 35% reduction in tinnitus risk for fruit intake, 9% for dietary fiber, 17% for dairy products, and 10% for caffeine intake.
