Consumo exigirá a las empresas a explicar cómo usan los algoritmos para personalizar precios y publicidad

El Ministerio de Derechos Sociales, Consumo y Agenda 2030 regulará los algoritmos que utilizan las empresas para personalizar precios y publicidad. Lo hará, según explica el Departamento en un comunicado, obligando a que los parámetros que usan estos algoritmos sean transparentes y accesibles para las personas consumidoras.
