Patients are expected to be occupying the facilities in April
Rockyview General Hospital is expanding its healthcare services with the addition of coronary care, ICU, and endoscopy beds as part of an $84 million project. Five beds are being added to the coronary-care unit, three to the ICU, and nine post-procedure recovery bays to the endoscopy unit, increasing annual endoscopy capacity by 4,000. The Calgary Health Foundation supports the expansion, which aims to improve timely diagnosis and treatment of digestive disorders and enhance patient care. The project reflects the government's commitment to improving healthcare access and outcomes in Alberta.
