Sepideh Gholian, an Iranian political prisoner, will publish "The Evin Prison Bakers’ Club," a cookbook honoring her fellow inmates, following the release of her prison diary four years prior. Her writing empowers her, providing mental and spiritual liberation within Evin Prison, where she is incarcerated.
