At the end of 2024, Cyprus credit acquisition firms held €20.3 billion in loans, including €10.3 billion to individuals and €10 billion to legal entities. Non-performing loans totaled €19.1 billion, representing 94% of the total. These firms also held 8,118 properties valued at €1 billion.
