El chef llanerense David Montes llenó la carpa gastronómica de FAPEA con un showcooking en el que elaboró un sorprendente tartar de queso azul ecológico Campobio. Entre trucos de aprovechamiento, recetas sencillas y mucho sabor asturiano, conquistó a un público entregado que no perdió detalle, algunos incluso tomando notas para repetir la propuesta en casa.
