Delta plane flips upside down on landing at Toronto airport, injuring 18
On February 17, 2025, a Delta Air Lines regional jet (CRJ900) operated by Endeavor Air flipped upside down upon landing at Toronto Pearson International Airport amidst strong winds following a snowstorm. The incident injured 18 of the 80 people on board, including three critically injured passengers, one a child. The airport experienced delays, with two runways closed for investigation, leading to flight diversions. No fatalities were reported, attributed in part to the efforts of first responders.
