Wild Atlantic Distillery in Co Tyrone, currently on the Tyrone/Donegal border, is launching its IslandMen Irish Whiskeys, the first whiskey made in the area in over a century. They are also planning a new purpose-built distillery and visitor center. The new whiskey had a limited release in December 2024, with a larger celebration planned. Tourism NI honored the distillery as a founder member of the Northern Ireland Spirits Trail, as whiskey tourism is growing in Ireland. IslandMen Irish Whiskey is now available in Northern Ireland.
