Dobre vijesti za građane: Čak 76,35 posto poslodavaca planira povećati plaće u prvoj polovici 2025. godine
A study by Manpower Hrvatska reveals that 76.35% of employers in Croatia plan to increase wages by the first half of 2025, with the most common raise being between 6-10%. The primary reasons for the increase are to retain employees and adjust to inflation. Additionally, about a third of employers aim to enhance benefits such as bonuses and transportation subsidies. The labor market shows a positive trend, with employers expecting to hire more and reduce unemployment, though sectors like construction, manufacturing, and tourism anticipate significant wage hikes, while others like healthcare are less likely to increase wages.
