Scoop, who taunted Alec over the 2021 Rust shooting that killed Halyna Hutchins, said Baldwin's aggressive behavior led Hilaria to pursue him around the block. Scoop also admitted he was scared during the incident and considered Alec's role in the Hutchins death but decided to confront him due to Alec's past SNL impersonations of Trump. Representatives for the Baldwins have not responded to the allegations.
