Dosarul accidentului tragic de la 2 Mai a ajuns pe 18 februarie 2025 la Curtea de Apel Constanța. În acest caz, Vlad Pascu a fost condamnat în primă instanță la zece ani de închisoare.
Vlad Pascu was involved in a fatal accident on May 2, 2023, while driving under the influence of drugs and alcohol, resulting in the deaths of four people. He fled the scene but was later apprehended. Charged with manslaughter, causing bodily harm, leaving the accident scene, and driving under the influence, he was sentenced to ten years in prison by the Mangalia Court. Both Pascu and the victims' families appealed the decision. As of February 18, 2025, the case is under review by the Constanța Appellate Court.
