Early yesterday morning, Alaska State Trooper Nathan Hollenbeck in Nenana responded to a report of a man in the Tanana River near a 15-foot sea wall. The man was severely hypothermic, and attempts to pull him up with a tow strap were unsuccessful. Ulti  Facebook
