The Ebonyi Caucus of the House of Representatives is requesting the House to nullify a resolution by the House Committee on Public Petitions against Ebonyi Governor Francis Nwifuru, regarding the arrest of Ohanaeze Youth Leader Igboayaka O. They argue that the petition, brought by Hon. Ugochinyere Ikenga, violates House rules and constitutional immunity granted to the Governor.
