A total lunar eclipse, also known as a Blood Moon, will occur on March 14, 2025, and will be visible from Mexico. The event, where the Earth passes between the Sun and Moon, will cause the Moon to appear reddish. The eclipse will begin with the penumbral phase at 9:57 p.m. on March 13 (Mexico City time), followed by the partial eclipse at 11:07 p.m., and totality at 12:18 a.m. on March 14. No special equipment is needed to view the eclipse.
