Hong Kong police have arrested an 80-year-old cabby who said he felt dizzy before he crashed his vehicle into a hotel taxi rank, killing a tourist from the Philippines. Police received a report at 1.52pm that a man had been struck by a taxi that veered onto the pavement at 8 Yeung Uk Road in Tsuen Wan, the site of the Nina Hotel.
