Emma Raducanu to make tennis return at Indian Wells with plans for extra security

Emma Raducanu will return to tennis at the Indian Wells tournament, following a break caused by a distressing incident in Dubai where a man exhibited "fixated behavior." Despite considering a longer hiatus, Raducanu will compete at Indian Wells, one of the year's major events, with enhanced security measures in place. She will be supported by her fitness trainer, Yutaka Nakamura, and Tom Welsh, who previously coached Leylah Fernandez, a player Raducanu defeated in the 2021 US Open.
