EU envoys have approved new sanctions against Russia, set to take effect next week on the third anniversary of the invasion of Ukraine. This 16th package includes travel bans, asset freezes, and trade restrictions targeting Russia's 'shadow fleet' used to bypass oil and gas transport restrictions.
