Şevval İlayda Tarhan won a bronze medal in the women's 10m air pistol solo category at the European Air Rifle Championship in Croatia, defeating Ukrainian Olena Kostevych 15-11. This is her fourth medal, bringing her total to 2 gold and 2 bronze medals at the championship, including previous golds in women's 10m air pistol and mixed team (with Yusuf Dikeç), and a team bronze with Şimal Yılmaz and Esra Bozabalı.
