Eze Ndigbo of Ajao Estate, Frederick Nwajagu, is appealing his conviction under the Lagos State Obas and Chiefs Law for unlawfully parading himself as a titled chief. Nwajagu argues the law violates his constitutional rights to freedom of expression and association and that his conviction contradicts the Administration of Criminal Justice Law of Lagos State.
