Hamilton's car had excessive skid wear (0.5mm below limit), and Leclerc's car was underweight by 1kg. Ferrari acknowledged their culpability, citing miscalculations regarding wear for Hamilton and a strategy change affecting weight for Leclerc. Oscar Piastri won the race.
