The House GOP's campaign committee is taking aim at congressional Democrats for voting against a measure to fund the federal government through Sept. 30.
The National Republican Congressional Committee (NRCC) is launching digital ads against 35 House Democrats who voted against a Republican-crafted bill to fund the government through September 30th and avert a shutdown. The bill passed the House 217-213, almost entirely along party lines, after lobbying by Donald Trump. The NRCC is targeting vulnerable Democrats who may face challenging races in the 2026 midterms.
