Osijek, the city of the first Croatian tram, received its first low-floor tram, the first new tram since 1982. This is the first of ten trams, each costing 2.3 million euros, scheduled to arrive by September 2025. The new tram is longer, with increased capacity for passengers. This arrival follows a 45 million euro modernization of the tram infrastructure. An agreement is in place for ten additional trams in the future.
