From KFC to TFC! Kentucky Fried Chicken ditches it old home and heads to the Lone Star state
KFC is relocating its U.S. headquarters from Louisville, Kentucky, to Plano, Texas, with 100 employees moving within the next six months. This move is part of a plan to establish dual headquarters in Texas and Irvine, California. KFC will retain some offices in Kentucky. CEO David Gibbs highlights the relocation as a strategic move for growth and improved service. Founded by Colonel Harland Sanders in Kentucky in the 1930s, KFC now operates over 30,000 restaurants globally.
