Gemini in Google Meet Can Now Suggest 'Next Steps' After Meetings

Google Meet has introduced two new features: 'Next Steps' and live caption history. The 'Next Steps' feature, powered by Gemini, generates a checklist of suggested follow-up tasks based on meeting conversations, appearing in the Google Doc with notes. This feature is available to paid Google Workspace users, including those with Gemini Enterprise or AI add-ons. Additionally, the live caption history feature allows users to review the last 30 minutes of captions, accessible to all Google Workspace users and personal Google accounts.
