George Foreman, two-time world heavyweight champion, Olympic gold medalist, entrepreneur, pastor, and family man, died peacefully on March 21, 2025, at age 76. Born in Texas in 1949, he rose from poverty and crime through the Job Corps, winning gold at the 1968 Olympics and turning pro in 1969. Foreman won 76 fights (68 KOs) and is remembered for fights against Joe Frazier and Muhammad Ali. He named all five of his sons George Edward Foreman. Tributes poured in from figures like Mike Tyson and Michael Buffer.
