The Ghana Armed Forces has successfully evacuated three Ghanaian traders who were injured in a recent terrorist attack in Burkina Faso, as part of the government’s coordinated humanitarian and security response. In a press release dated February 18, 2026, and signed by Veronica Adzo Arhin, Acting Director General of Public Relations, the military said the evacuation was carried out by the Ghana Air Force on Tuesday, February 17.
