Kildare County Council denied the claims made by Patrycja Cisowski (15)
A girl, Patrycja Cisowski, settled a High Court action against Kildare County Council for €36,500 following a dog attack in 2015. The girl, then five, was allegedly attacked by a Belgian Shepherd at a local authority house. Kildare County Council denied the claims, but judgment in default of appearance had been obtained against the dog owners. The settlement includes costs. The girl sustained scarring on her thighs.
