Grandfather of 14 who blocked police speed camera van so passing motorists couldn't be filmed is ordered to pay compensation

A grandfather of 14 was ordered to pay £150 compensation and complete 120 hours of unpaid work for blocking a police speed camera van with his lorry, preventing it from filming speeding motorists.
