Hamas issues chilling 'death sentence' warning for remaining hostages after its 'PM was killed in massive IDF airstrikes'

The Israeli military said it hit dozens of targets overnight and warned the attacks would continue for as long as necessary and extend beyond airstrikes. Hamas accused Israel of breaching the truce.

Following the end of a ceasefire, Israel launched intense airstrikes in Gaza, reportedly killing Hamas' Prime Minister and other officials. Hamas claims this puts the remaining hostages at a "death sentence" risk, while accusing Israel of breaching the ceasefire. Netanyahu vows increased military action until all hostages are released and Hamas is crushed, accusing Hamas of rejecting ceasefire proposals. The White House said Israel consulted the US before the strikes.
