Hong Kong will welcome the Year of the Horse with a 23-minute Lunar New Year fireworks display on Wednesday, showcasing vibrant elements inspired by the energy and spirit of horses. Themed “Prosperity Gallops Across Hong Kong,” the fireworks show is solely sponsored by the Hong Kong Jockey Club at a cost of HK$19 million (US$2.4 million).
