An audio recording surfaced where Jonathan Majors seemingly admits to assaulting his ex-girlfriend, Grace Jabbari, including shoving her against a car and squeezing her neck. The recording, published by Rolling Stone, emerged shortly before the release of Majors' delayed film, Magazine Dreams. Majors was previously convicted of misdemeanor assault and harassment against Jabbari in December 2023, stemming from an incident in March 2023, and sentenced to probation. Jabbari dropped a related civil lawsuit after an out-of-court settlement. Following his conviction, Marvel Studios fired Majors from his role as Kang the Conqueror, though some industry colleagues have publicly supported his attempted career comeback.
