A migrant who escaped an ICE detention facility in Virginia has been recaptured, but three others remain at large. Jose Lovo-Bautista, 27, was recaptured after fleeing the ICE center on Sunday. The three remaining escapees are Wilmer Isaola-Medina (22), Jose Rodriguez-Rosales (25), and Byron Toledo-Henriquez (22). The Farmville Police Department was not immediately informed of the escape by the facility's operator, Immigration Centers of America. Authorities described the three fugitives as "young Hispanic males" wearing bright yellow clothing. The public is urged to contact Farmville law enforcement at 434-392-3332 or ICE at 1-866-347-2423 if they see anyone matching the description. Increased patrols are underway to locate the escapees.
