Imo State will begin converting vehicles to CNG following the training of 60 auto technicians, according to the National Automotive Design and Development Council (NADDC). The initiative, supported by Governor Hope Uzodimma, aims to promote CNG as a cheaper, cleaner, and safer fuel alternative. The NADDC emphasizes the importance of certified kits and workshops for safe conversions, while the state plans to establish conversion workshops and refilling stations.
